DISCOVER SQUAD
Workout

Inspired by bootcamp training, SQUAD is an intensive fitness club dedicated to cardio and the development of strength. The 50 min HIIT + RUN class is composed of a warm-up, followed by 6 rounds alternating weighted floor exercises and cardio treadmill run, encouraging force and speed. The dynamic is created by the coach, the lighting and music.

The SQUAD room is going to push your limits through fun and positive energy. Our spirit will make you run faster, workout harder and burn more calories. Our aim is to assist and guide each person to their personal best.

The locker rooms are an integral part of the gym experience. At SQUAD, they are fully equipped with welcoming products including towels, shampoo, body lotion, hair dryers etc. A relaxing retreat as post workout that allows our members to rest, unwind and regain their strength.
